REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy.

  1. No Refund After Service Rendered Once the treatment or service has been performed, there is no entitlement to a refund, as this is a personalized cosmetic service.

  2. Deposit (Prepayment)

Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit will be offset against the total price upon arrival. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee. 3. Cancellation Before the Appointment

Cancellation is possible free of charge at least 24 hours in advance. In case of cancellation within 24 hours, no refund will be issued. 4. No-Show In case of no-show without prior cancellation:

No entitlement to a refund New appointment only possible with a new deposit 5. Vouchers & Gift Cards

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Only redeemable within the validity period. No cash payout possible. 6. Cosmetic Products

Opened or used products are excluded from exchange for hygiene reasons. Exchange is only possible within 24 hours in case of a proven manufacturing defect. 7. Exceptional Cases A refund can only be reviewed in the following cases:

Proven error on the part of the studio Failure to provide the booked service The decision lies solely with the studio management.

By booking or making a payment, you expressly acknowledge this Refund Policy.
