General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

1. Scope of Application
   These GTC apply to all services, offers, and contracts between [Name of Studio] and the customers. By booking an appointment, this agreement is considered accepted.

2. Services
   We exclusively offer non-medical cosmetic services, including:

Eyelash extensions Lash & Brow lifting Microneedling Make-up Cosmetic treatments Sale of cosmetic products No medical treatments such as Botox, fillers, or invasive procedures are offered. 3. Appointment Booking

Appointments can be booked by phone, WhatsApp, email, or online. An appointment is considered binding after confirmation. Punctual arrival is mandatory. 4. Cancellation / No-Show

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50–100%. 5. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in Euro (€). Payment is made immediately after the treatment on site. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. 6. Disclaimer of Liability

The customer is obliged to inform us about allergies, illnesses, pregnancy, or medication. We assume no liability for damages due to false or incomplete information. We assume no liability for valuables. 7. Results & Complaints

Results may vary individually. Complaints must be made within 48 hours. Refunds only in case of proven treatment error. 8. Vouchers

Vouchers are transferable. Non-refundable. Validity: 12 months. 9. Data Protection Data processing is carried out in accordance with our Data Privacy Statement and the GDPR. 10. House Rules

A quiet and hygienic environment is mandatory. Accompanying persons only by arrangement. Animals are not allowed. 11. Force Majeure In the event of force majeure, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel appointments. 12. Law & Jurisdiction German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Essen – Germany.
